SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness, so occasionally dispatch may take a little longer during busy periods. We'll always keep you informed if there's a delay.
Delivery We ship all orders via 48-hour tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch before contacting us about a missing parcel, as occasional delays can occur with the courier.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Souter Bros cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply.
