Our Coffees
Single Origin Brazil Santos — Dark Chocolate & Roasted Almond
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, roasted almond, brown sugar
Origin: The Santos region of São Paulo, Brazil, is one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas. Known for its consistent climate and rich red soil, it produces beans with a naturally sweet, full-bodied character — ideal for espresso and everyday brewing.
Best for: Espresso, cafetière, moka pot
Single Origin Brazil Mogiana — Milk Chocolate & Hazelnut
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, hazelnut, caramel
Origin: The Mogiana plateau sits on the border of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, at altitude. The cooler temperatures slow the cherry ripening process, resulting in a sweeter, more nuanced cup than typical Brazilian coffees. Read the story behind Brazil Mogiana →
Best for: Flat white, latte, filter
Single Origin Colombia Huila — Cherry, Raspberry & Chocolate
Tasting notes: Cherry, raspberry, dark chocolate
Origin: Huila is one of Colombia’s most prestigious coffee departments, nestled in the Andes at high altitude. The combination of volcanic soil, rich rainfall, and dedicated smallholder farmers produces some of the most vibrant and complex coffees in the world.
Best for: Pour over, AeroPress, espresso
Single Origin Peru Tambopata — Red Fruit, Citrus & Sugarcane
Tasting notes: Red fruit, citrus, sugarcane sweetness
Origin: Grown in the remote Tambopata region of the Peruvian Amazon, these beans are cultivated by smallholder farmers in one of the most biodiverse regions on earth. The high altitude and rich ecosystem produce a delicate, complex cup with natural sweetness.
Best for: Filter, cold brew, pour over
Single Origin Nicaragua — Vanilla, Citrus & Cocoa
Tasting notes: Vanilla, citrus zest, cocoa
Origin: Nicaragua’s northern highlands — particularly the Jinotega and Matagalpa regions — produce coffees with a beautifully balanced profile. Grown under shade trees by family-run farms, these beans reflect the care and tradition of Nicaraguan coffee culture.
Best for: Filter, flat white, cafetière
Brazil Swiss Water Decaf — Dark Cocoa & Roasted Almond
Tasting notes: Dark cocoa, roasted almond, brown sugar
Origin: The same quality Brazilian beans we love, processed using the Swiss Water Method — a 100% chemical-free decaffeination process that removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the full flavour of the bean. Can you get good decaffeinated coffee? →
Best for: Evening espresso, decaf latte, cafetière
Tres Amigos Blend — Chocolate, Cherry & Citrus
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, cherry, citrus
Origin: A vibrant three-way blend of Brazil, Colombia, and Peru — three of our favourite origins working in harmony. Each country brings something different: Brazil adds body and sweetness, Colombia brings fruit and brightness, Peru adds complexity and a clean finish.
Best for: Espresso, flat white, AeroPress
Jingle Bean Rock Seasonal Blend — Chocolate, Citrus & Caramel

Brewing Guides
Getting the most from your beans starts with how you brew. Here’s a quick guide to the most popular methods:
Espresso
Use a fine grind and around 18–20g of coffee for a double shot. Aim for a 25–30 second extraction. Our Brazil Santos and Colombia Huila work beautifully as espresso.
Cafetière (French Press)
Use a coarse grind, 60–70g per litre of water, and steep for 4 minutes before pressing slowly. Great for our Brazil Mogiana or Tres Amigos Blend.
Pour Over / Filter
Use a medium grind and pour in slow, steady circles. A ratio of 60g per litre works well. Our Peru Tambopata and Nicaragua shine as filter coffees. Read our full filter brewing guide →
AeroPress
Versatile and forgiving — try a medium-fine grind with a 1–2 minute steep. Experiment with inverted or standard method. Works brilliantly with our Colombia Huila or Tres Amigos Blend.
Moka Pot
Use a fine-to-medium grind, fill the basket without tamping, and heat on low. Our Brazil Santos is a natural fit for the moka pot.
Cold Brew
Use a coarse grind and steep in cold water for 12–24 hours in the fridge. Our Peru Tambopata makes an exceptional cold brew with its natural citrus sweetness.
